I signed up for a 10K a few months ago. Nico convinced me. He signed up to run a 1/2 marathon. And, so, we ran on Sunday!
Nico beat his target time like a champ. I missed mine (0:55) by 2 minutes. But given that I did no training, and my foot was out of commission most of last month, I consider it a success.
Isn't fall the perfect time to get back to running?
