Performance Reviews

It's performance review season at Airbnb. I've been dreading it since starting the job in October. Obviously, I procrastinated until last minute to do my self-review, so here we go.

I always play this clip in my head when I'm about to start an unpleasant task. (See here and here. Hahah.) It's 2019, so today I'm raising my desk to the standing position, making myself a latte, putting noise cancelling headphones on, and, god damn it Kyle, kicking it with a tasty groove.
