No Nonsense Confidence Advice

Mindy Kaling is my hero. She's easily in my top 3 of women I want to be. I loved Why is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?, and from the looks of it, the new book is going to be even better.

Glamour just published a chapter from Why Not Me?. This confidence advice is amazing:

People talk about confidence without ever bringing up hard work. That's a mistake. [...] Work hard, know your shit, show your shit, and then feel entitled. Listen to no one except the two smartest and kindest adults you know, and that doesn't always mean your parents. If you do that, you will be fine.
