What the Heck Does This Look Like?

E and I were at Costco and we were like, "Whoa. Cheap salmon. Sweet!" Upon examining the package closely it turned out to be Steelhead. Neither of us knew what Steelhead was, but we got it anyway.

When we got home I busted out my Joy of Cooking book. Steelhead is apparently a variety of trout. Who knew? It was delish.

My life officially ends today as "...unlike other classes, lab work will get started off with a rapid run, as opposed to a slow jaunt." Thanks, CS 111.
