I flew from Oakland to LAX. Met my mom at the gate at LAX and we flew to Moscow with a stopover in Amsterdam. I had a meltdown the day before departure because I realized I couldn't use another SIM card in Russia because my phone (provided by Airbnb) is provider-locked.
Here's my only note from this day:
Mom: "Такие лошки удобные". haha
