Day 108: Girl walk

 
My mom group is theeee best. In the early days of breastfeeding when everything hurt, one mom broke down her nipple care regimen for me. And it wasn't just "I use this and this product." This was a step by step process of proparing for feed and how she keeps the nipple pads clean. These women just shop up for each other over and over again. Incredible.

We have a couple of standing walks during the week (taking advantage of mat leave!) and on this walk one of the moms revealed that she's going on a solo girls trip in June, so she needs to make sure her baby can take a bottle. The way my stomach flipped at a mere thought of leaving Tommy for a few days, y'all. I can't.
