Day 99: Porchetta

 

Eric and Audrey invited us over for dinner while we were in Argentina and we took a rain check for dinner today. They made the most delicious porchetta sandwiches for us. My contribution was the bread. I thought I totally fucked it up, but it came out really good. Tommy was oddly muted and calm this evening.
