Metallic Spoons and Nails

I played hooky today. (That means I skipped class, Dad.) Woke up at 11:04. That was the best thing I've done for myself since summer school started. I didn't run today either. Lazy, lazy, lazy day, for sure.

I started the day off with raspberry and white chocolate chip pancakes and ended it with a tubful of Golden Spoon.

Pistachio, Peanut Butter and Espresso flavors covered in Butterscotch. (I actually asked for caramel, but somebody mixed up the container label. They look pretty much the same. It's OK because I loooooove butterscotch too.) That's what I call a nice, relaxing day. The only things I accomplished today was read a few articles on Smart Grid and take notes, do 2 stats problems and paint my nails again.

I just got the new Regina Spektor album today and it is awesome. I've loved her music before and this album exceeded all my expectations. My favorites are Two Birds and Folding Chair. Guaranteed to be on repeat in my head for the next month or so. I started playing the piano again. Learning a new Chopin nocturne. Yaaaay!
