Hiking Through Snow
Yes, I know. I've talked about this trip ad nauseam. I just wanted to share a few of my favorite photos and not feel like I lugged 2.5 lb. of camera for nothing.
I had been tracking a man on skis with a dog since I started on the trail. Finally spotted the two in the distance on their way back to the trailhead. They were nice enough to stop, and I got a lot of much needed dog time with Bailey-boy. (Meeting dogs is one of the best things about hiking in my opinion.)

There was sourdough bread and St. Andre's cheese to be had at the summit. Also, (not pictured) chocolate sour-cherry bread.
Two sweet friends going for a hike.
Coming back into Frazier Park was beautiful. The fog was rolling through the mountains, and there was a plot of land with exclusively black cattle. I couldn't resist pulling over and taking a few pictures.
You may think you have a ways to go on your photography, but to my untrained eye you take really great pictures. Cute dog. http://www.buzzfeed.com/mattbellassai/the-40-greatest-dog-gifs-of-2012-6z51
ReplyDeleteThanks! I love taking photos, but so many of them still come out crappy (despite expensive lens). I had to wade through a lot of them to come up with these 14.
ReplyDeleteDog gifs are the best. Some of them (28, 24, 22, 16, 4, 3) made me laugh out loud.
Great gifs! 31 is the best! :-)
ReplyDeleteHaha, 31 kills me.
