Friends, I'm pretty sure I took the most epic cat photo yet. (That's it, above.) Forrest came down from San Francisco for the weekend, and stopped by my apartment to say hi and let me use all his best prime lenses. So fun. This photo was taken with the 50mm f/1.4 lens. It was doing a great job considering the terrible lighting conditions.

    Nice cats, Olga. So did Forrest show you more pictures from his trip to Hawaii?!?!

    I kid! Your cats are adorable. I think http://flic.kr/p/dEUfBv is my favorite picture. From a photographic standpoint its probably not the best, but she has such a pretty, sweet face! Deceptive, I'm sure.

    I'm almost moved to get out my $100 camera and take some pictures.

      Oh, yes. I'm not supposed to have favorites, but Moos is my favorite. She is very sweet, but so damn difficult to photograph. I think her fur coloring throws off all the camera sensors.
