Spring Dress

Why am I so attracted to this dress? Am I five? It looks like a toddler's dress, except size XXXXXXL. Am I too old to wear colorful dresses with sneakers? Wouldn't this, this, or even this be a more prudent choice for a 22 year old? 

(In case you can't tell, this warm LA weather has me in a dress mood all week.)
