So, in addition to paying (what seems like) a sizable chunk of my paycheck to the government every 2 weeks, I didn't get any sort of a return when I filed last weekend. In fact, I had to pay more. I was so baffled, I didn't even try to figure out why that was the case. I just paid it as fast as I could and closed the laptop.

What a clusterfuck.
