I watched National Lampoon's European Vacation while I was making these.
I made deviled eggs for the "party" after the funeral. I've tried a lot of different methods of making hard boiled eggs and none of them produced ideal results. This time I was too tired to investigate my options so I just boiled them for 15 minutes and every single egg peeled perfectly, all 18 of them.
I watched National Lampoon's European Vacation while I was making these.Even the yolks came out yellow-yellow!
Yum! I'm really excited that no whites broke. I've never had this happen.

For every 6 eggs 1/4 cup of mayo, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of mustard, a dash of salt and pepper.
